International Payment Overview

Payment methods vary depending on the destination country and local foreign currency regulations. X Hair Factory supports multiple payment channels to ensure smooth transactions for both individual and bulk buyers.

For countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroon, international USD transfers are restricted. In these cases, customers make payment in local currency through approved agents. Exchange rates are updated daily and confirmed by our sales team before payment.

For Europe, America, and countries with stable banking systems, customers may pay via international bank transfer or global remittance services. 

 

Shipping Policy

Global Shipping Overview

X Hair Factory ships worldwide using a combination of cargo agents and international express couriers, depending on destination, cost efficiency, and customs clearance conditions.

All orders are securely packed and shipped after full payment confirmation.

Shipping to some African Countries

For most African destinations, especially Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroon,Kenya,.. orders are shipped via well-known local cargo agents.

Goods are shipped from Vietnam to the agent’s warehouse. Customers receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and may either collect the goods from the agent or arrange local delivery. Shipping fees are paid directly to the agent upon arrival.

Shipping internationally

For customers all over the world, we use FedEx, UPS  or DHL for fast and reliable delivery.These are big global international shipping companies. The shipping fee is based on the quantity and your country zone. Each of them have fixed shipping costs for each year. The shipping time will be around 5-7 working days based on your choice and your address.

Hair products are declared as synthetic hair with low declared value to help reduce potential customs duties. However, customs clearance policies vary by country, and delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

Shipping Responsibility and Risk Disclaimer

X Hair Factory is responsible for orders until they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. Delivery time may be affected by customs inspections, local regulations, or force majeure events.

Liability and compensation depend on the selected shipping method and carrier policy.
